Suggested Use:
As needed, 30 minutes before breakfast or upon waking, for the first 5 days, mix 1 scoop in 8 oz of filtered water. Sip over 5 minutes. For best results, mix 2 scoops in a liter water bottle and sip throughout the day. Always use away from food so the ingredients interact directly with your digestive system. For kids age 4 and up, mix a small amount in organic applesauce. Do not use within 3 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
