Suggested Use:

One (1) capsule two times a day on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water or as directed by a health care practitioner. Contents may be removed from capsule and taken by spoon immediately after mixing with a small amount of tepid water.

One (1) additional capsule may be taken with meals to enhance the digestion of proteins.*
