Suggested Use / Directions:

Shake bottle well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle; use the measuring cap provided. Take on an empty stomach, approximately 30 minutes before a meal.

Adults and children from 12 years: 2 tsp (10 mL) once daily0
Children 4–11 years: 1 tsp (5 mL) once daily.
Rinse mouth with water immediately after consuming.
