Quercetin has antioxidant activity and used traditionally to support blood vessel health.* Bromelain is a proteolytic digestive enzyme derived from the stem of the pineapple plant. Bromelain has been found to counteract the fibrin and kinin pathways. Studies suggest that bromelain may also enhance the effectiveness of quercetin.*
