Digestive Enzymes SAP is a combination of ox bile, betaine hydrochloride, and pancreatic enzymes. It has been documented that, as we age or are under stress, the production of important digestive enzymes can drop. Do not use this product if you are sensitive to pancreatic enzymes or to port proteins. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain/epigastric pain and/or heartburn have been known to occur with digestive enzymes; in which case, discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner.
